CPJ Field is proud to have been awarded a Silver Investors in People Award.

The silver standard of the IIP is awarded to just 20% of those assessed and represents businesses whose practices priorities employee management, and working together to produce positive results. The award demonstrates our firm focus on leading, supporting and managing people to help individuals thrive within our family business. We are incredibly honored and proud to display our silver standard plaque on the wall in our Rampion House office in Burgess Hill and we would like to thank all our colleagues for the role they played in helping us to secure this accolade.
