As evidenced by the many, many letters and emails of sincere thanks and the high quality of our Google reviews, the dedication and attention to detail that we give to each and every one of our families and the special sends-offs that we arrange is evidence of the personal effort we put into planning and arranging each individual funeral. This personal approach is not difficult when you learn that the smallest efforts on any given day can make such a difference to someone who is bereaved, sad, lonely, and in need of support.
Many of our team come to us having worked in caring roles before, such as nursing, emergency services, or social work. But equally, we have funeral service team members or funeral arrangers who have no experience and want to make a difference by joining a team and working in an environment where no two days are the same and the feedback is very rewarding.
CPJ Field is a caring, family group of funeral directors with a leading reputation across the South-East. We are located in 34 towns throughout the following counties: East Sussex, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, West Sussex, Surrey, London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Kent. Our funeral homes are welcoming hubs, often centrally located in the towns we serve, allowing us to play an essential part in the community, offering a broad range of community services such as wellbeing programmes, grief support and counselling and other social support to reduce loneliness and build new connections.
We are always looking ahead to keep building our teams and we believe in supporting our colleagues at all stages of their careers, whether this be to take a Funeral Director qualification or to complete internal training courses with our CPJ Field Academy.
