A few weeks following the funeral, a member of the team will be in contact with you to share details of our aftercare support. This includes information about our local Never Alone groups which you or your family members will be invited to attend, our annual memorial tree events held at Christmas, together with your closing statement.

It is at this time you will also be given the opportunity to provide any feedback or leave us a Google review. We are continually looking for ways to improve and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
