I have now been at Fuller & Scott as an FAA coming up for a year. I went to Haine & Son in Polegate for my first week, but since the end of July 2021, I have been at my own desk. I’m very much a people person and have worked with the public since leaving school at 16 many years ago! In various positions within the hospitality business and running my own business. So my position as an FAA suits me extremely well as I love to meet families, and you never know how your day will plan out, every day is so different. I find this work very rewarding, but can also be so sad, but I like to think that I put them at ease as soon as they start to talk about their loved ones. I have two grown-up children and live with my partner in Uckfield. I enjoy travelling the world, especially cruising. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and reading, I’m also involved in a local book club.
