No Need to Be Alone
CPJ Field’s Never Alone programme is being enhanced…
If you’re suffering from depression, remember you’re never alone
Depression affects individuals in different ways. You may feel sad, hopeless or may have lost interest in the things you used to enjoy. If you’re suffering from feelings of depression at the moment, it can be hard to comprehend that you’re not alone.
There are many sources of support that might help you, such as professional therapy and local charities for people with depression.
As a family company with decades of experience, we can help signpost you to the right support for you as part of our Never Alone programme. Never Alone is open to all and can help you to find the emotional, practical or social support you need to work to alleviate the symptoms of depression.
Our Never Alone programme offers recommendations, groups and resources that are local to you. You could join one of our coffee mornings or knitting groups to help boost your mood.
Discover how you, or a loved one, could benefit from Never Alone.
