Daphne Maureen Hammond (Maureen)

Daphne Maureen Hammond (nee Boyes)

Maureen died at home on the 3rd June, aged 87. She had been frail for a while but succumbed quickly, and did not suffer.

Maureen was a devoted wife to Alan, and mother to her children, Paul, Nicola, Michael and Jacqueline. Also to her Daughter in Law Diane and Son in Law John (deceased). She had 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Maureen gave her time freely to help others, being actively involved in the Scouting movement up until her death, and having been involved in the Girl Guides, and the AT Society in the past.

She will be sadly missed by those she leaves behind.
