John Archer
John passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at home on Monday 15 August 2022 aged 80 years. He was born and lived in Kent until 1975 when he moved to East Sussex with his wife Jean and daughters Fiona and Melanie.
John spent his working life in the building trade prior to purchasing the Piltdown Man public house in Piltdown.
John was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by his wife Jean, daughters Fiona and Melanie, son in law Robert and grandchildren Lauren, Megan and Michael.
Immediate family flowers only. Donations in memory of John can be made to The Injured Jockeys Fund.
