In memory of

Jacqueline Rose Davenport (Jackie, Jay, Jac)

It is with great sadness that the family of Jacqueline Rose Davenport announces her passing on December 25th 2022, at the age of 81, after a long struggle with vascular disease and recovery from sepsis.

Jackie passed away peacefully at Lace Hill Manor Care Home, Buckingham, with her family by her side. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Clare and husband Andy, her son John and wife Loraine, her grandchildren Niamh, Ciara and Ruby, her sister Jill and her husband Norman, and her nephews and nieces.

Jackie worked for many years at DAF trucks as a personal assistant. She valued her many friends from all parts of her life, from school, ther career and retirement. She lived in Henton, Sydenham and Thame before moving to Buckingham in 2019 to be closer to her family. Her love of travel, gardening, reading and spending time with her friends gave her great enjoyment, even when her illness incapacitated her in later years.

She had a wonderful sense of humour and was much loved. She gave her love and support to her children and grandchildren unhesitatingly and unconditionally. Life will not be the same without her.

All are welcome to attend her funeral service, which is on Thursday 19th January 2023 at Amersham Crematorium. Please see the Service Information page for more details.
