Kevin was a great friend over some 36 years and I had the privilege to work closely with him twice. Huge integrity, strong morals and always keen to help others and relished their success. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He took time to help others. Recognisable by his laugh which was infectious. A good sportsman, especially cricket (not so sure about his golf!) albeit with a dodgy choice of football team to support! We had many happy times together as families and I cannot believe he has gone. Kevin leaves a massive void and many friends and of course his family searching for answers. Our love, thoughts and prayers go out to Barbara, Adam & Luke at this really difficult time. xx

I first met Kevin when I was in my 20s. He was playing table tennis for his branch of Lloyds against mine. We then worked together at Hindhead training young bankers before Kevin went off to Jersey. When he returned it was to London and we picked up our friendship again. He was always Kev to me and I matey to him! Our paths continued to intertwine as we each managed branches and groups of branches in common territories, often swopping staff and buildings during endless restructures. After the merger of Lloyds and THE we worked closely again as I stayed on the branch network side and Kevin worked in centralised operations.

Kevin and I worked together for a number of years after Lloyds and TSB merged. Our job was to consolidate the back office operations and we had such good times doing that - i was the just get it done type and Kevin was my opposite in thinking through things more carefully; so together we made a good team. Since his retirement and mine also we had become Facebook friends and enjoyed meeting up each year at various golf functions. Kevin will be sadly missed by all his family, friends and colleagues in Lloyds - but we are all better off for having known him and sharing his great humour and focus. Barbara we have not met but i know you and the family will be strong together and get through this difficult time.

I first met Kevin when we were little more than early twenties. We played table tennis against each other for our respective Lloyds Bank branches in London. We then worked together at Hindhead. Our careers from this point on was intertwined. We managed the same branches and even the same groups of branches. We both entered operational roles, me overseeing branches and Kevin in central functions. We found ourselves sitting at the same meetings steering the same change programmes or sorting out the latest crisis together.I have probably met Kevin in more UK cities than anybody else I know. Our final roles in the bank were mirrors of each other, we created a client facing function together and managed the provision of services to the 40 plus managing directors accross the Lloyds Banking Group. I have never worked so closely with anybody as with Kevin. We even visited a football match each year together.with our boss. Kev was a great guy, a great friend and a man whose legacy is to be admired.

We met Kevin and Barbara at Adam and Avery’s wedding and were struck how seamlessly the families had joined. Kevin’s lovely disposition was clearly a genetically dominant trait and all were made to feel welcome. These are the some of the memories that we hope will help the family get through and will be a source of comfort. Stay well. Charla and Rick

Kevin has been a wonderful friend and colleague ever since I came to know him at Lloyds Bank over 20 years ago. He and his lovely wife Barbara became huge support to both Helen and me through a very difficult time during and after our son\'s serious health issues and eventual passing. Despite suffering his own health problems, Kevin never failed to think of Steven and us, visit and give great encouragement to us all. He built an amazing bond with Steven which we will forever be extremely grateful for. Kevin enjoyed some memorable golfing holidays in Spain with me and many friends and affectionately became known as \"BBC Kev\", due to his perfect English accent and deep, clear voice!! He was also due to go to watch the US Masters golf with three of us next month and our \"fourball\" will be missing a big player!! We cannot believe he has been taken so early and so many will miss him dearly. Our love and thoughts are with Barbara, Adam and Luke at this difficult time. RIP Great Friend.

To Barbara, Adam and Luke. I was extremely sorry to learn of the devastating news that Kevin very suddenly, and unexpectedly passed away last month. I have fond memories of his time at the Business Development Department of Lloyds Bank where we worked together in the mid 1980’s. He was a man of strong integrity, very much a team player - with a willingness to help others succeed. My heartfelt condolences at this most difficult time.

I worked with Kevin for a number of years. He was an absolute gentleman, with a great charismatic persona and who made a real impact. He always had a smile on his face. I am very shocked and sorry to hear this very sad news, and I send my best wishes to the family.
