In Loving Memory of Faye Lorraine Exler
27th October 2000 – 21st December 2024

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Faye Lorraine Exler, a beloved wife, daughter, and friend, who passed away on 21st December 2024. At just 24 years old, Faye brought immeasurable love, warmth, and light to all who knew her, and her memory will forever be cherished.

Faye was born on 27th October 2000 in Aylesbury. She was a remarkable woman, known for her kindness, radiant smile, and generous spirit. Her courage and resilience were truly extraordinary.

In 2023, Faye was diagnosed with sarcoma, a rare form of cancer. Despite the challenges of her illness and its progression, she fought with unwavering bravery. Faye stayed active and strong, determined to live life fully and bring joy to others. One of the most remarkable moments of her life was on 23rd November 2024, when, just four weeks before her passing, she married her husband, Marshall, in a beautiful ceremony in Thame. Faye worked tirelessly to plan the day, putting her heart and soul into making it the best day ever, and she fought hard to be well enough to make it happen. The day was filled with love, joy, and celebration, a reflection of her strength and determination to make the most of every moment.

Faye had a deep love for animals, but especially for Dora, her cherished miniature dachshund who brought her endless joy, support and comfort. She had an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures, from a good catch up while enjoying a cup of tea to celebrating anything with a bottle of Prosecco. Faye was passionate about beauty and makeup, always seeking out new ways to express herself through her style. She loved to travel, collect a ridiculous amount of handbags and was a true foodie at heart, always discovering the best new snacks and places to eat.

Faye was a great friend to everyone she knew. She listened with empathy, supported with love, and always gave the best advice—honestly, frankly, and to the point. She cared for people deeply and always wanted the best for them, offering her wisdom and guidance without hesitation. Her friends and loved ones will remember her for her unwavering loyalty, her genuine concern, and the joy she brought to their lives.

Her loving memory will be carried forward by her loving parents Tanya and Jason, her husband Marshall, as well as her many friends who adored her.

A celebration of Faye’s life will take place on Tuesday, 21st January 2025, at Aylesbury Vale Crematorium. All who knew and loved her are welcome to join in honouring her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Faye’s memory to Sobell House, the hospice where she spent her final days and received compassionate care.

Donations can be made on this page to Sobell House.

Though Faye’s time with us was far too short, the impact of her beautiful soul and her incredible strength will endure. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
